Quality reviews are the feedback given by
our in-house team of experts for accuracy, thoroughness, and adherence to the
Q&A guidelines that experts received on answers. Your answers are evaluated by our Quality team and answers are given 0-5 score depending upon the quality of your answer.
It is advised to use Quality reviews to improve the answering quality and make sure that you do not repeat same mistakes. This
way, you will always be giving the students your best efforts.
We’ll make sure to provide timely and regular feedback on your answers.
Note: Our in-house Quality review team take a batch of your questions for reviewing. Therefore, you don't have to worry if not all your answers are reviewed by our in house review team. No request for specific question ids for a Quality review check will be processed.
Every month, we will be sharing the number of Valid responses submitted by you over Emails. You will get payment for all the valid responses you submit by 12th of the current month for valid responses submitted in the previous month.
How often will I get the quality reviews?
You will receive the quality reviews more frequently if you are regular on Chegg Q&A Board. Generally, 2-3 Quality reviews are shared in a month.
Note: The more you answer, the faster you will receive the quality review.
My account has been put into a probationary period, what do you mean by that?
As per Chegg Q&A guidelines if one fails to meet the answering standards then that expert account gets into probation period, under this period the answers are closely monitored for seven days and if he/she still not answer according to the Chegg Q&A guideline his answering right are immediately revoked. In short, falling into probation period is a warning intimation that one receives for not providing quality answers.
Note: Probation period is for next seven active days(at least one answer per day) from the date of intimation.
