and make sure not to
repeat the same
mistakes. This way, you
can refine your solutions and offer the best solution to students.
We will surely provide timely and regular feedbacks on your solutions. Common Quality review feedback remarks are incorrect answer/Incorrect approach, Direct answer submitted, answered an abusive question(HCV), missing steps/explanation in the answer, incomplete answer etc.
Every month, we will be sharing the number of Valid responses submitted by you over Emails. You will get payment for all the valid responses you submit by 12th of the current month for valid responses submitted in the previous month.
How often will I get the quality reviews?
You will receive the quality reviews more frequently if you are regular on Chegg Q&A Board. Generally, 2-3 Quality reviews are shared in a month.
Note: The more you answer, the faster you will receive the quality review.
My account has been put into a probationary period, what do you mean by that?
As per Chegg Q&A guidelines if an expert fails to meet the answering standards then the account of that expert falls into probation period. In this period the solutions are closely monitored for seven days and if the expert still not answering according to the Chegg Q&A guideline his/her answering rights are immediately revoked. In short, falling into probation period is a warning intimation that one receives for not providing quality solutions.
Note: Probation period is for next seven active days(at least one answer per day) from the date of intimation.
